After a catastrophic encounter, and close to loose our money trying to buy a „special Internet offer" on a spa via some „Spa-Experts" in San Francisco, we finally and by very lucky chance we hit the mark with Alan and his company.
Not only that he got the exact spa, we were looking for, but especially his service was extraordinary delivery was on a very short notice and he solved all logistic problems with great ingenuity in getting the bulky cargo tot he backside of our house.
Now we enjoy retirement in the hot tub over a bottle of champaign wondering why we didn't choose this company from the beginning.

Alan from Spatek is all about great customer service. I was looking for a round hot tub to replicate the in-ground jacuzzi we had at our last house and I found Alan Lee at Spatek. We conducted a great deal of business via phone and via email as well, and Alan was always very timely in getting back to me with good answers. I broke my own rule and bought a Nordic Crown XL from Alan sight unseen, but with his feedback and a lot of internet research I pulled the trigger. Alan delivered it and he and I rolled it in and got it set up, and he provided me some pointers and all the chemicals I need. It was an A+ experience all the way around. Dear Mary, The spa technician from SpaTek has just completed the repair on our relatively new Altimar Sundance Spa.
He was the friendliest young man, reassuring us that if we should have any future problems, he would be available to us any time. As you know, we have had considerable problems after the sale. I mailed you copies of unanswered e-mail and letter sent to the original sales person, Ryan A. The other Sundance dealership in Torrance, were more concerned about how much work would be involved in the repair, and would they be compensated amply.
We truly love our spa. It brings us much pleasure. Also we feel reassured that our spa warranty will be honored as it should be honored.
