"Dear Alan, we wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how excited and pleased are with our new spa. First, we are certainly glad our friends recommended you. Apparently they had purchased a spa from you a few years ago. They were right, your service and concern for the customer is excellent. What really impressed us was that you took the time to look at our existing spa provided us with an estimate to fix it, you didn´t try to sell us new spa like other dealers, Because of your honesty and obvious concern with us as customers, my husband and I decided to purchase new instead of repairing our old spa.

Now that we have had our spa for 5 months, we know we made the right decision. We use our spa 4-5 times a week and it has become our place to unwind and discuss our busy lives. We never used our old spa this often, in fact we hardly ever used it at all. What is really amazing, the spa only takes 10-15 minutes weekly to clean, check chemicals, etc.
